Relais San Clemente, Emblems Collection

Relais San Clemente and its 5-hectare heritage estate are in Bosco, a small locality in the Province of Perugia, Umbria. Situated along the Tiber (Tevere), our boutique hotel enjoys a rare riverside setting between the rolling hills of the Apennine foothills.

Despite its bucolic location, San Clemente is close to major transport hubs. Many international travellers prefer to fly into Rome, and there are direct flights to Perugia San Francesco d’Assisi – Umbria International Airport (PEG) from major Italian cities and European capitals. From the Perugia railway station, the hotel is a 20-minute drive away. The estate also has its own train station; when it’s completed, guests will be able to travel directly from Perugia to San Clemente by rail.

Arriving by car

The estate is less than a 20-minute drive from Perugia. From the RA 6, take the Bosco/Gubbio exit, then towards Bosco. Relais San Clemente is located just 2 km from the Bosco exit of the E45 motorway junction. Parking is convenient and complimentary.

Arriving by rail

Relais San Clemente has its own train station, currently under construction. When completed, it will offer a scenic 20-minute journey from the Perugia railway station to the estate.

Arriving by air

Most international travellers reach Relais San Clemente by first flying into Rome, then taking the train to Perugia. Another option is to fly into Umbria international airport, located between Perugia and Assisi.
