A curated selection of local specialties, from artisanal jams and honey to fresh yoghurt, cheeses, homemade cakes and small-batch cured meats, celebrates the region’s abundance. Each dish is prepared and served à la minute, with no buffet, ensuring a discreet and naturally elegant experience. The San Clemente Wine Cellar is a curated sanctuary celebrating the art of winemaking. Home to around 500 labels from Umbrian, Italian and international producers, it places a special spotlight on regional vineyards. An intimate setting for guided tastings and personalised wine journeys.
