Information for Guests

Thank you for choosing Rimrock Banff for your upcoming stay.  As we introduce our reimagined resort following its full transformation, we ask you to kindly note the following:

Wellness & Movement
The Bathhouse areas, including the outdoor Infinity Pool, are not yet accessible to guests, as these new resort spaces are currently being finalized. Our full range of wellness amenities are expected to open in September. For guests wishing to add a wellness component to their Rimrock stay, our guest services team are on hand to assist with a custom spa, aquatic or thermal wellness experience, available at our sister properties within the region. 

Please be assured that this update does not impact your arrival or the main lobby experience, any guest rooms or suites, the meeting spaces, any of the dining areas and bars, or our “Expeditions” adventure center.
