Expeditions
at Rimrock Banff

Preparation is a cornerstone of Expeditions.

Before setting out, Pathfinders offer trail ready consultations designed to remove uncertainty and build confidence. From layering guidance to route specific considerations, each recommendation is shaped by the day’s conditions and the nature of the journey ahead. Equipment lending is available for select experiences, allowing guests to travel lighter while still feeling prepared for the mountain environment.

Expeditions is also home to a curated retail space featuring trusted outdoor brands, including Fjällräven, alongside other thoughtfully selected essentials. Here, guests can find alpine ready layers, accessories, and practical gear suited to Banff’s shifting conditions, whether something was forgotten at home or newly discovered as essential once on the ground.

This combination of guidance, lending, and considered retail ensures guests feel supported without feeling over equipped. With preparation handled quietly and confidently, attention can remain where it belongs, on the experience itself and the place unfolding around you.
